It's Sunday again, so maybe we'll get a baby full of grace? Ah, well, who knows... She's looking close again though. It's a nice day for once, sun instead of snow.
Bella will have this foal when she is damn good and ready to ! Her bag just doesn't look full and tight enough to me, from what I can see in the pictures.So hard to say, since you don't know her breeding date. It is hard to tell when you DO know their breeding date ! LOL Just be glad you aren't a mail carrier and have a full time job, plus breeding and racing horses on the side like I did for 32 years. I helped deliver a few foals in uniform and then went on to work. I feel your pain and lack of sleep ! Hang in there gal !! Doris
Doris - Yeah, it is really great that I can just stay here and keep an eye on her. Nothing I HAVE to get done, other than buy feed and lots and lots of straw for her to pee in. Luckily even though we're out in the country there's a feed store just down the road. I'm kinda having problems with cabin fever though...
Christy - You are exactly right! It's driving me nuts. Think the salt idea would work??? Might be worth a try...
