I just thought I'd let you know you can see lots of pictures of Mustang Days online now. Click here: LorySue Enterprises - Quality Candid Photography. That will link you straight to her Mustang Days pictures. She did a good job taking pictures of everyone throughout the day. I'm having a hard time deciding which ones I want to order!

  1. Andrea-I have a 911 to you. I just had a farrier assess Beautiful Girl because I worried that she's so tall on those feet--and cow hocked in back--that I just don't have much time before I HAVE to have a trim. Well, she was REALLY worried by looking at her. She said BG is standing on her toes--which means the ligament is being contracted into that position. She said if she grows that way it's really bad--if she was trimmed that way--we have more hope of getting her down on her heel. She wants to trim her NEXT week and take a little of the heel off--then follow up every two weeks and slowly bring the heel down so she doesn't injure herself. So, I'm in emergency mode now. Do you think was definitely trimmed while at Burns--I can't find any record of it in my paperwork.

  2. Thank you so much for sharing the photographers link! What great photos! I love the one with you and Tonka where he has his front foot raised out (stepping onto the board) and the one where you are kissing his nose is priceless!!!

  3. I wish I could have made it there. The pictures are really inspirational. It's amazing to think that these were all wild horses once. Thanks for posting them.
