I want to send a thank-you card to the vets that worked on Tonka.  I have so many awesome pictures of him (but maybe I'm biased) that I can't decide which one to use.  Maybe you can help me?

Of course I can't find the one I'm looking for.  And while searching I managed to pare it down pretty well.  I wanted his face, not his butt, and I didn't really want a photo with me or anyone else in it.

I think I like this first one best.

How about the one with the poem?

Might be better without the poem.

I wish I could find the one I was thinking of!  Oh well.  Which one do you like best for a Thank You card?

  5. First one...for sure!

It retrospect to your names, you sure did name him right. He was built like a Tonka Truck. Which is funny since he wasn't when you first got him.
    Gosh he was just beautiful!

  6. Hard to choose, I like them both, but I think I'd go with the first one. Maybe you could do a collage of photos?

  7. The first one. It shows his trusting and honest expression, and his beauty.

  8. I like them all, but somehow Tonka alert and saddled up, waiting to head out for a ride just seems more appropriate. It's easy to see he was loved and cared for, and he seems to be saying 'thank you'...to you and to those who helped him after he was injured.

The last two are beautiful, but seem too generic, like all the poems that get sent out on FB. It also seems sadder, and less personal. With only one eye showing we don't get a clearer picture of who he really was.

  9. They're both beautiful, but the first one definitely shows more about his life with you--your favorite trail buddy.
