Mustang Saga

I led the boys out to the pasture today and they sure were feeling spunky!

Bella had a big fit when I took Scout out.  You wouldn't believe she was lame.

 

 I played with Scout for a couple hours.  He's a good boy.  Very easily distracted.  That's his biggest challenge, and I think it won't take too long to get a handle on.  I just have to be unflaggingly faithful to the idea that he is not allowed to rubberneck, wiggle, and get all looky-loo.  He's required to stand straight and pay attention.  It gets a little exhausting after a while.

I tied him to a tree for a bit while I set up some poles. Figured this would be good beginning training for high-lining. 

Now I think I need a nap...
